I have been an EXL employee for almost a year and a half.The organisation is strongly recommended to anyone who-
1)does not wish to have a career;
2)is wanting to be into a "sarkari" company; and,
3)would have absolutely NO expectations.
There is very little focus upon grooming an employee.You need to be mentally prepared to spend at least 05-06 odd years before you reach somewhere within the organisation.Loads of employees would be found who have been with the organisation for more than 05 years, but are nothing more than highly "dedicated" callers.Set an expectation, and, you’ll experience being into a GOVERNMENT OFFICE.
I recommend EXL to any individual who requires JOB SECURITY, is not having an aspiration to grow, and, who(i would repeat) does not set any expectation.IF you think about good food being served, good transportation facilities being given and a good work atmosphere(which is challenging and rewarding), to be important, please don’t join EXL and start complaining.No one’s going to hear!
